Fine English full-size violin made by Thomas Kennedy Circa 1830 London and sold by Goulding & Co. London Circa 1830. A fine violin which is in excellent playing condition and characteristic of the maker’s best quality work. The back length is 35.4 cms.The original varnish is of a light red-brown colour.The purfling is very neatly inlaid the instrument having very good edgework. Nicely flamed two piece back,ribs neck and scroll.Branded Goulding & Co below the button. Sold with fine quality case.
